How to complete age verification on MrBlue
MrBlue normally asks users in Korea to verify with a mobile phone or I-PIN. People who live overseas and cannot use either method can ask MrBlue customer support for a manual adult check. The official FAQ gives the inquiry title, the required account details, and the document rule.
Follow MrBlue’s official overseas adult-verification request, provide only the required identity fields, and understand the location limit on a Korean identity document.
Use the overseas route only when it applies
A Korean citizen who connects from Korea must use mobile-phone or I-PIN verification. MrBlue reserves the identity-document route for a person who lives overseas and cannot use those standard methods.
Sign in to the correct MrBlue account. Open 고객센터, which means customer centre, and select 1:1 문의 for a one-to-one inquiry.
Use the official inquiry title and account details
Set the inquiry title to “해외 이용자 성인인증 요청.” This means “Overseas user adult-verification request.” In the message, give your name, gender, and date of birth.
Attach one identity document that clearly shows the same name, gender, and date of birth. Do not add account passwords, payment-card details, or extra documents.
Mask a Korean resident-registration number
If you use a Korean-issued identity document, hide the final six digits of the resident-registration number. Leave only the first digit of the final seven visible because it shows gender.
Check the image before you send it. Use only the official one-to-one support form. MrBlue states that it destroys the attached identity-document file immediately after the verification is complete.
Understand the location limit
MrBlue states that a Korean-issued identity document verified through the overseas route gives access to adult content only while the user connects from overseas. If the same user later connects from Korea, the account must also complete mobile-phone or I-PIN verification.
Do not use a VPN, false address, or another person’s identity to change this rule. Ask MrBlue support if your location or document changes.
