Information you give us

You can view the marketing website without an account. When you sign in, we store the account details needed to identify you, manage access, and support the Webnovels AI connection.

• Your answers during setup, such as your goals, genres, favourite books, working title and premise, where you publish, how you found us, and which setup steps you completed. We use them to tailor Webnovels AI and improve setup

Google sign-in

Google confirms your identity and sends us basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.

Google processes information under its own privacy terms. You can remove Webnovels AI access from your Google account settings.

Webnovels AI and local files

Webnovels AI stores manuscripts and project files on your device. The website does not receive those files as part of account sign-in or billing.

If you choose a cloud model, text sent to that model is subject to the provider and account that you choose. Review that provider policy before you use it with private work.

Technical and payment records

We can record technical information needed to operate and protect the service. This can include IP address, browser type, device information, request time, error logs, and session identifiers.

Payment providers process payment details. We store customer, plan, payment status, cancellation, and entitlement identifiers needed to manage Webnovels AI access. We do not need to store complete card details.

How we use and share information

We use data to run sign-in, manage software access, process account requests, secure the service, diagnose faults, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

We can share limited information with authentication, hosting, database, payment, email, security, and analytics providers that help run the service. We can also disclose information when law requires it or when needed to protect users and the service.

Storage, retention, and your rights

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed for the service, legal duties, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and necessary business records. Backup copies can remain for a limited period after deletion.

Children, changes, and contact

Webnovels AI is not directed to children under 13. A higher minimum age applies where local law requires it.
