Acceptance and accounts

By using Webnovels AI, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live.

Give accurate account information and keep access to your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe someone else has gained access.

Webnovels AI and your work

You keep ownership of the original work that you create with Webnovels AI. Webnovels AI does not claim ownership of your manuscript or project files.

You are responsible for the material that you create, import, generate, or export. You must have the rights and permissions required for source text, images, adaptations, and other material used in a project.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, harm people, infringe rights, access another account, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, or bypass technical limits.

Do not resell, copy, reverse engineer, or distribute Webnovels AI except where applicable law gives you a right that these terms cannot restrict.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

Webnovels AI access is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Access is linked to the signed-in account and is not transferable.

Monthly subscriptions renew each month. Annual subscriptions renew each year. The annual plan costs $49 USD per year until cancelled. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Existing lifetime purchases continue to include the current software and future Webnovels AI updates for as long as Webnovels AI offers the product.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the access provided by that payment ends. This does not limit any right that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Third-party services

Google sign-in, payment services, and model providers have their own terms and privacy policies. They can change or stop their services independently of Webnovels AI.

You are responsible for charges and limits that apply to a model provider or account that you connect to Webnovels AI.

Service changes and availability

We can add, remove, limit, or change features as the product develops. We aim to keep the website and app available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We can suspend or close an account when needed to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers, liability, and contact

The service is provided as available. To the extent law permits, Webnovels AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
